A Special Purpose Vehicle is a company established for a specific purpose such as issuing Sukuk, bonds or other securitization processes. The company is subject to the rules and provisions of Chapter Seven (Special Purpose Vehicle) of Module Eleven (Dealing in Securities) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and their amendments. In order to complement the Special Purpose Vehicle framework, the Capital Markets Authority invites you to view the memorandum of association of a special purpose vehicle to be incorporated as an appendix to the Module Eleven (Dealing in Securities) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and their amendments.
