Greetings,

With reference to the Ministerial Resolution No. (35) of 2019 Regarding the Executive Bylaw of the Implementation Committee of the UN Security Council Resolutions Issued Pursuant to Chapter VII of the UN Charter on Combating Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction issued in the Official Gazette “Kuwait AlYawm” in its issue of (1456) on Sunday 04/08/2019. We would like to note that pursuant to the mentioned Ministerial Resolution, the Executive Bylaw of the Implementation Committee of the UN Security Council Resolutions Issued Pursuant to Chapter VII of the UN Charter on Combating Terrorism and Financing of Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction is reissued. Therefore, kindly find the attached copy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ letter dated on 20/08/2019 including the above-mentioned Ministerial Resolution.

Accordingly, you shall take all the required measures in order to lay down the policies and internal procedures according to this Ministerial Resolution. We also would like to emphasize on the importance of abiding by all the provisions of the above-mentioned Ministerial Resolution, in particular Articles No. (18, 23, 24, 25) of the same Resolution.
