Title: Resolution No. (81) of 2018 Regarding Amending Appendix 10 “Execution Rules of Securities” of Module Eleven (Dealing in Securities) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities

Having Perused:

- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its amendments; and

- Resolution No. (72) of 2015 Regarding the Issuance of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 on the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and their amendments; and

- Resolution No. (57) of 2018 on Amending the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Amendments

- CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (16) of 2018 held on 1/5/2018;

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
Appendix 10 “Execution Rules of Securities” of Module Eleven (Dealing in Securities) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. (7) of 2010 is hereby amended as shown in the appendix attached to this Resolution.  

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and any contradicting resolutions shall be canceled, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
