The CMA would like to draw the attention of all the licensed persons of the importance of their constant perusal of Kuwait Financial Intelligence Unit's website (www.kwfiu.gov.kw) to stay up-to-date regarding the Unit's circulars and regulating procedures related to the enforcement of the provisions of Law No. (106) of 2013 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and its Executive Bylaw, in addition to any other related regulatory issues.
