CMA LAW: Resolution No. (59) of 2015 Regarding Revoking the License of Gulf Investment Corporation Bonds Fund and Crossing it out from CMA Investment Funds Register

Having perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws; and
- Based on the request of the Fund's Manager
- Gulf Investment Corporation
- to liquidate Gulf Investment Corporation Bonds Fund and to cross it out from CMA Investment Funds Register; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (26) of 2015 held on 12/8/2015.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1): The license of Gulf Investment Corporation Bonds Fund is hereby revoked and crossed out from CMA Investment Funds Register.
Article (2): The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force as from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette. Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf
