CMA LAW: CMA Resolution No. (27) of 2013 Regarding Revoking the License of Al-Aqeelah Leasing Finance and Investment Company (K.S.C) Closed and Removing it from the Licensed Persons Register at the CMA

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and its Executive Bylaws; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. C.B.C 9-9 of 2013 passed in its meeting No. (9) of 2013 held on 29/5/2013, and based on Article (67) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and Article (139) of its Executive Bylaws;
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The license of Al-Aqeelah Leasing Finance and Investment Company (K.S.C) closed is hereby revoked and it is removed from the licensed persons register at the CMA.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. It shall come into force from the date of issuance in the Official Gazette.
