CMA LAW: Resolution No. (22) of 2016 Regarding Revoking the License of Al Dar Real Estate Fund and Completing the Procedures of Appointing a Liquidator for the Fund by the CMA

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners' Resolution passed in its meeting No. (4) of 2016 held on 31/1/2016.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The license of Al Dar Real Estate Fund is hereby revoked, and the procedures of appointing a liquidator for the Fund are completed.
Article (2)
The registration of Al Dar Real Estate Fund is hereby cancelled, and it is removed from CMA funds' register after completing the liquidation.
Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force as from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
