Title: Resolution No. (22) of 2014 of the Capital Markets Authority Regarding Cancelling the License of Al Amal Investment Company (KSCC) and Crossing out its Name from the Authority's Licensed Persons Register
Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the "Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities' Activity", and its Executive Bylaw; and
- Based on the request of Al Amal Investment Company (KSCC) to cancel all of its securities' activities and crossing out its name from the Authority's Licensed Persons Register; and
- Based on the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of Al Amal Investment Company (KSCC) held on 26/6/2014 to approve amending the purposes of the company's establishment pursuant to the Companies' Law, and pointing out the abovementioned information in the Commercial Register at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 21/7/2014; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution No. (6) of 2013 passed in its meeting No. (4) of 2013 held on 13/3/2013 regarding delegating some of the jurisdictions of the Markets Regulation Sector;
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1): Cancelling Al Amal Investment Company (KSCC) license, and crossing out its name from the Capital Markets Authority's Licensed Persons Register.
Article (2): The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
