Regarding

Cancelling the License of Noor Kuwait Islamic Equity Fund and Removing Its Name from the CMA Investment Funds Register

Having Perused:

• Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities' Activity, and the Executive Bylaw thereof; and
• Based on the request of the manager of Noor Financial Investment Company (NOOR) for liquidating Noor Kuwait Islamic Equity Fund and removing its name from the CMA Investment Funds' Register; and
• Based on the Resolution of CMA Board of Commissioners passed in its meeting No. 1 of 2014 held on 22/1/2014;

We Resolved the Following

Article (1):  The license of Noor Kuwait Islamic Equity Fund shall be canceled and its name shall be removed from CMA Investment Funds' Register.

Article (2): The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own capacity. The Resolution shall come into force from the date of its publishing in the Official Gazette.
