Regarding
Revoking the License of Amar Real Estate Fund and Crossing out its Name from CMA Investment Funds Register
Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and its Executive Bylaws; and
- Based on the request of the Fund's Manager – Amar Finance and Leasing Company - to liquidate Amar Real Estate Fund and to cross out its name from CMA Investment Funds' Register; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (3) of 2015 held on 28/1/2015.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1): The license of Amar Real Estate Fund is hereby revoked and its name is crossed out from CMA's Investment Funds Register.
Article (2): The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its own jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
