Resolution No. (17) of 2014

Regarding

Canceling the License of Global Local Fund and Crossing out its Name from CMA Investment Funds Register

Having Perused:

• Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the "Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating the Securities' Activity" and its Executive Bylaw; and

• Based on the request of the Fund Manager - Global Investment House Company to liquidate Global Local Fund and cross out its name from CMA Investment Funds Register; and

• Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (5) of 2014 held on 11/3/2014;

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1):

The license of Global Local Fund is hereby canceled and its name is crossed out from CMA Investment Funds Register.

Article (2):

The competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall implement this Resolution which shall be effective as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
