CMA LAW: Resolution No. (139) of 2026 Regarding Termination of the Resolution of Suspension of Registration of Mr. Ali Owaid Rukhais Awad in the Concerned Register at the Capital Markets Authority

Having Perused:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 on the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Ali Owaid Rukhais Awad No. (EA/2013/0031) issued by the Capital Markets Authority on 14/06/2025; and
- The Ministerial Resolution No. (190) of 2026 issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on 21/9/2026 regarding cancellation of a penalty imposed on the auditor Mr. Ali Owaid Rukhais Awad, registration No. (72).

The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
Termination of CMA Resolution No. (110) issued on 29/07/2026 regarding suspending the registration of the auditor Mr. Ali Owaid Rukhais Awad in the concerned register of auditors at the CMA, based on the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. (190) of 2026 issued on 21/09/2026 regarding cancelling the penalty of suspension from practicing the profession on the mentioned auditor, registered with the Ministry under registration No. (72).

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from 21/09/2026, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
