CMA LAW: Ninth Training Program for Kuwaiti Recent Graduates

As part of its commitment to investing in the recently graduated national competencies, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and the Capital Markets Academy – Kuwait would like to announce opening of applications for “Ninth CMA Training Program for Kuwaiti Recent Graduates” for the year 2026-2027. The program will commence on Sunday December 13th, 2026, and will last for 6 months. The required majors are:
• Business Administration (all majors)
• Law
• Industrial Engineering
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Must be a Kuwaiti citizen.
2. Must not be employed by any other entity if accepted into the training program.
3. The applicant’s age must not exceed 26 at the time of application.
4. The applicant must hold a university degree (Bachelor’s) from Kuwait University, or an educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education in the State of Kuwait, and no more than two years must have passed since obtaining the certificate.
5. Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, in reading, writing and speaking.
6. The applicant must have a GPA of no less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent.
7. Obtain a score of (550 or above on the TOEFL ITP) or (6.5 or above in the IELTS - Academic) and no more than two years must have passed since the test.
*The language test requirement is waived if the applicant is a graduate of foreign universities outside the State of Kuwait where the language of the country and study is English.
8. The applicant must commit to join the training program outside the State of Kuwait for not less than 8 weeks.
9. The applicant must pass the medical examination (after acceptance into the program).
To submit applications, kindly fill in the form through the electronic system at the following link: https://cma.gov.kw/hireful, from September 20, 2026 until the end of the business day on Thursday October1, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
The following official documents must be attached separately:
(Recent C.V. – Valid Civil ID (from Kuwait Mobile ID App) - Nationality (from Sahel App) - Valid Passport (from Sahel App) – Birth certificate - Academic certificate with transcript. All the required documents must be attached in PDF format).
It is necessary to attach the language test date when submitting applications. Please note that the deadline for receiving the language test results is Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
Receipt of application does not mean acceptance. Any application that does not meet the announced conditions and is not complete with the required documents will be excluded, as well as any application not submitted within the registration period.

Notice:
• Acceptance of the application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Priority will be given to those who obtain top ranks in the tests, GPA, and the interview.
• In the event of non-compliance with the program, the CMA reserves its right to recover all expenses incurred during the training period.
• The possibility of employment at the CMA in the event of passing the program successfully is according to CMA’s vacancies’ needs.
