CMA LAW: Resolution No. (120) of 2026 Regarding the Renewal of the Securities Activities License for Al Dawli Invest Investment Company

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The securities activities license certificate of Al Dawli Invest Investment Company No. (AP/2023/0006) issued on 13/11/2023; and
- The application submitted by Al Dawli Invest Investment Company to renew the license of the securities activities at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (4) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Al Dawli Invest Investment Company at the CMA is hereby renewed to practice the following activities:
1. Investment Portfolio Manager.
2. Investment Advisor.
3. Custodian.
4. Collective Investment Scheme Manager.
5. Subscription Agent.
This license is valid for three renewable years as of 13/11/2026.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
