CMA LAW: CMA Circular No. (11) of 2026 to All Listed Companies, Licensed Persons, Collective Investment Schemes, Investment Funds Under Liquidation, Auditors Registered with the CMA, and Market Traders Regarding the Mechanism of Submitting Disclosures Starting from 01/07/2026

Further to CMA Circular No. (01) of 2026 Regarding Extending the Disclosure Submission Platform at Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange (CIP System), and CMA Circular No. (01) of 2025 to All Listed Companies, Licensed Persons, Collective Investment Schemes, Investment Funds Under Liquidation, Auditors Registered with the CMA, and Market Traders Regarding Commencing the Mandatory Application Phase of the XBRL Electronic Disclosure System “Ifsah 2 Disclosure System”, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) draws the attention of all listed companies, licensed persons, collective investment schemes, investment funds under liquidation, auditors registered with the CMA, and market traders to the following:
First: Discontinue the use of the Disclosure Submission Platform of Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange (CIP System)
The CMA confirms that starting from Wednesday 01/07/2026, all entities and parties addressed by this Circular shall discontinue the use of the Disclosure Submission Platform of Boursa Kuwait Securities Company (CIP System) and shall start using the XBRL Electronic Disclosure System “iFSAH”, thereby becoming the sole approved mechanism for submitting disclosures at Bousa Kuwait Securities Website. Moreover, the “CIP System” will be offered as an alternative method for the entities and parties addressed by this Circular should any technical issues arise preventing the use of “iFSAH” system.
Second: Follow the approved steps upon submitting disclosures through the CMA’s XBRL Electronic Disclosure System “iFSAH”:
The CMA confirms that all entities and parties addressed by this Circular must follow the required steps upon submitting their disclosures through “iFSAH” system in accordance with the relevant procedures and circulars. Moreover, upon submitting any disclosure through “iFSAH” system, a hard copy of the disclosure form associated with this disclosure must be attached in PDF format, provided that it is prepared in accordance with the forms included in Module Ten “Disclosure and Transparency” of the Executive Bylaws of the CMA.
Third: In the event of existence of technical issues when submitting disclosures and information through the CMA’s XBRL Electronic Disclosure System “iFSAH”:
The listed companies addressed by this Circular, should any technical issues arise preventing submission of disclosures through “iFSAH” system, must contact the CMA according to the inquiries table set forth in Item “Sixth”. The CMA will coordinate with Boursa Kuwait Securities Company regarding the submission of disclosures through (CIP System) to ensure compliance with the specified legal periods.
Fourth: Continuously update the entity's profile information:
The CMA confirms that all companies and concerned parties registered on “iFSAH” system shall be obliged to update their data and information (Entity Profile Information) on the system directly in the event of any updates and shall ensure their accuracy and fulfillment, due to the direct impact of this information on the validity and accuracy of the data that will be published to the market through the website of Boursa Kuwait Securities Company, and in enhancing levels of transparency and confidence in market transactions.
Fifth: Introductory website and Awareness and Training Workshops:
The CMA would like to urge entities and parties registered on “iFSAH” system to guide their new users to view the user guidelines in the introductory website to enhance their capabilities and empower them to fulfill their responsibilities toward the proper implementation of the system.

To direct inquiries on the electronic disclosures and reports related to “iFSAH” system, kindly use the inquiries page included in the system, as this page allows directing and receiving inquiries and answers according to the electronic forms provided by the competent entity.
