CMA LAW: Resolution No. (53) of 2026 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Shura Sharia Consultancy in the Register of the External Sharia Auditing Offices

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The registration certificate of the external sharia auditing office of Shura Sharia Consultancy No. (SA/2017/0006) issued on 19/06/2023; and
- The application of Shura Sharia Consultancy to renew its registration as an external sharia auditing office in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of Shura Sharia Consultancy is hereby renewed in the External Sharia Auditing Offices Register at the CMA for three renewable years, starting from 19/06/2026.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
