CMA LAW: Resolution No. (42) of 2026 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of Markaz Fixed Income Fund

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- The Collective Investment Scheme License Certificate of Markaz Fixed Income Fund No. (LCIS/2014/0030) issued on 30/06/2023; and
- The application of Kuwait Financial Centre “Markaz” Company to renew the license of Markaz Fixed Income; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license for Markaz Fixed Income Fund is hereby renewed for a period of three years renewable, starting from 30/06/2026.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
