CMA LAW: Resolution No. (07) of 2026 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of Watani KD Money Market Fund II

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and

- The Collective Investment Scheme License Certificate of Watani KD Money Market Fund II No. (LCIS/2014/0019) issued on 20/4/2023; and

- The application of Watani Investment Company to renew the license of Watani KD Money Market Fund II; and

- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license for  Watani KD Money Market Fund II is hereby renewed for a period of three years renewable, starting from 20/04/2026.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
