CMA LAW: Resolution No. (06) of 2026 Regarding Renewal of the Collective Investment Scheme License of KAMCO Premier Market Index Fund

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities , its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and- The Collective Investment Scheme License Certificate of KAMCO Premier Market Index Fund No. (LCIS/2014/0010) issued on 20/03/2023; and
- The application of KAMCO Investment Company to renew the license of KAMCO Premier Market Index Fund; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of theapproval authorizations for the Supervision Sector’s procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The collective investment scheme license of KAMCO Premier Market Index Fund is hereby renewed for three renewable years, as of 20/03/2026.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
