CMA LAW: Resolution No. (212) of 2025 Regarding Cancellation of the Registration of Mr. Ali Abdulrahman Ibrahim AlHasawi from the Register of Auditors

Having Perused: 
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The registration certificate of the Mr. Ali Abdulrahman Ibrahim AlHasawi No. (EA/2013/0022) issued on 10/05/2025; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (45) of 2025 held on 17/12/2025.

The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Ali Abdulrahman Ibrahim AlHasawi is hereby cancelled from the register of auditors at the CMA.

Article (2)
Mr. Ali Abdulrahman Ibrahim AlHasawi shall complete and end all his pending tasks of reviewing and auditing the financial statements of persons licensed by the CMA, companies listed in the Securities Exchange, and collective investment schemes that were assigned to him before the issuance of this Resolution, until their annual ordinary general assembly or unit holders assembly is held so that they can appoint another auditor from the register of auditors registered at the CMA.

Article (3)
Mr. Ali Abdulrahman Ibrahim AlHasawi shall fulfill all legal obligations imposed under by Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments for the period prior to the enforcement of this Resolution.

Article (4)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
