CMA LAW: Resolution No. (198) of 2025 Regarding the Delisting of the Shares of Arabi Group Holding Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (35) of 2025 held on 15/10/2025; and
-Based on Resolution No. (185) of 2025 Regarding the Delisting of the Shares of Arabi Group Holding Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange issued on 15/10/2025; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (40) of 2025 held on 19/11/2025 Regarding the enforcement of Delisting the Shares of Arabi Group Holding Company (K.S.C.P) from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange.
The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The enforcement of delisting the shares of Arabi Group Holding Company (K.S.C.P) from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange pursuant to the CMA’s Resolution No. (185) of 2025 issued on 15/10/2025, due to failure of the Company to meet the requirements during the specified period that ended on 16/11/2025.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
