CMA LAW: Resolution No. (192) of 2025 Regarding the Registration of National Investments Company in the Register of Securities-Based Fintech Services at the CMA as a Securities Based Crowdfunding Platform

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- Resolution No. (181) of 2023 Regarding the Launch of the Initial Implementation Phase of Module Nineteen (Financial Technologies) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and their amendments issued on 28/12/2023; and
- The application of National Investments Company to be registered in the register of Securities-Based Fintech Services at the CMA as a Securities Based Crowdfunding Platform; and
- The approval authorizations of some procedures of the Financial Technologies Unit approved by the CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution in its meeting No. (39) of 2023 held on 27/12/2023.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
National Investments Company is hereby registered in the register of Securities-Based Fintech Services at the CMA as a Securities Based Crowdfunding Platform.
Article (2)
The license term of the mentioned Company in the register of Securities-Based Fintech Services at the CMA as a Securities Based Crowdfunding Platform shall be three years, renewable, starting from the date of issuance the license resolution.
Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
