CMA LAW: Resolution No. (125) of 2025 Regarding Cancellation the Registration of Mr. Ali Mohammad Ali Al-Hamad from the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The registration certificate of the Mr. Ali Mohammad Ali Al-Hamad No. (EA/2019/0045) issued on 28/10/2022; and
- The request of Mr. Ali Mohammad Ali Al-Hamad to cancel his registration in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Ali Mohammad Ali Al-Hamad is hereby cancelled from the register of auditors at the CMA as of 10/07/2025.
Article (2)
Mr. Ali Mohammad Ali Al-Hamad shall fulfill all legal obligations imposed under by Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments for the period prior to the enforcement of this Resolution.
Article (3)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
