Greetings,
Based on the Capital Markets Authority's role in enhancing and developing supervisory mechanisms and tools in line with best international practices and reviewing supervisory requirements for licensed persons.
Circular No. (6) of 2019 of supervisory requirements for branches of foreign banks who work in the State of Kuwait, and has a securities activities’ license or more issued by the CMA shall be canceled, and the subsequent disregard of the requirement to provide the CMA with periodic financial reports and statements in this regard unless requested.
