Title: Resolution No. (87) of 2025 Regarding Cancellation the Registration of Mr. Waleed Abdullah Saud Al-Osaimi from the Register of Auditors

Having Perused: 
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, and
- The registration certificate of the Mr. Waleed Abdullah Saud Al-Osaimi No. (EA/2013/0027) issued on 10/05/2022; and
- The request of Mr.  Waleed Abdullah Saud Al-Osaimi to cancel his registration in the concerned register at the CMA; and

- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.

The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)

The registration of the auditor Mr. Waleed Abdullah Saud Al-Osaimi, is hereby cancelled from the register of auditors at the CMA.

Article (2)

Mr. Waleed Abdullah Saud Al-Osaimi shall fulfill all legal obligations imposed under by Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments for the period prior to the enforcement of this Resolution.

Article (3)

The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
