Resolution No. (64) of 2025 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Mr. Qais Mohammed Nisf Al-Nisf in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Qais Mohammed Nisf Al-Nisf No. (EA/2013/0024) issued on 10/05/2022; and
- The application of Mr. Qais Mohammed Nisf Al-Nisf to renew his registration as an auditor in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Qais Mohammed Nisf Al-Nisf is hereby renewed in the register of auditors at the CMA for three years, renewable, starting from 10/05/2025.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
