Greetings,
With reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Resolution No. (08) of 2025 Regarding the Executive Bylaws of the Committee for Implementing the United Nations Security Council Resolutions issued under Chapter VII of the UN Charter related to combating terrorism and preventing the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, issued in the Official Gazette “Kuwait Al-Youm” in its issue no. (1731) on Sunday 23/03/2025, and on this regards, we would like to note that pursuant to the ministerial resolution mentioned above, the Executive Bylaws of the said Committee have been reissued. Accordingly, please find attached a copy of the aforementioned ministerial resolution.
You are hereby required to take all the necessary measures to set your internal policies and procedures in accordance with this ministerial resolution. We would also like to confirm the necessity of complying with the mentioned ministerial resolution, and in particular the Articles included in Chapter 8, Chapter 9, and Chapter 10, as well as Article (49).
