Title: Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to Al Dawli Invest Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. (162) of 2024 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Al Dawli Invest Investment Company (KIB Invest) for the Incorporation of Aldawli Invest Islamic KD Money Market Fund, pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and their amendments, issued on 15/12/2024, and in implementation of Article 9 of the aforementioned Resolution, which stipulates that the Fund’s license shall be granted after completing the minimum capital requirement for a period of three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that the license for Aldawli Invest Islamic KD Money Market Fund was issued on 13/03/2025, for a period of three years, renewable.
