Title: Resolution No. (38) of 2025 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Mr. Tareq Majed Sultan Bouresli in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Tareq Majed Sultan Bouresli No. (EA/2013/0014) issued on 10/05/2022; and
- The application of Mr. Tareq Majed Sultan Bouresli to renew his registration as an auditor in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of the approval authorizations for the Supervision Sector's procedures, issued on 12/01/2025.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Tareq Majed Sultan Bouresli is hereby renewed in the register of auditors at the CMA for three years, renewable, starting from 10/05/2025.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
