Title: Announcement Regarding Collective Investment Scheme License Granted to Gulf Capital Investment Company

Based on Resolution No. (01) of 2025 Regarding Granting a Collective Investment Scheme License to Gulf Capital Investment Company for the Incorporation of Lulwa KD Money Market Fund according to Islamic Shariah Principles pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws and amendments thereto, issued on 09/01/2025, and in implementation of Article 9 of the aforementioned Resolution, which provides for granting a license to the Fund after completing the minimum capital for three years from the date of its registration in the Funds Register at the CMA.
The Capital Markets Authority announces that a license has been issued to Lulwa KD Money Market Fund according to Islamic Shariah Principles on 05/03/2025, for a period of three years, renewable.
