Title: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for The Kuwait Family Office for Investment Consulting Company

Based on Resolution No. (30) of 2024 Regarding the Preliminary Approval for the Incorporation of a Company to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 12/03/2024, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.
The CMA announces that a license is issued to The Kuwait Family Office for Investment Consulting Company for the following activities:
• Subscription Agent.
• Investment Advisor.
On 04/12/2024, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
