Title: Resolution No. (137) of 2024 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Mr. Zohair Ali Rashid Alduaij in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Zohair Ali Rashid Alduaij No. (EA/2021/0052) issued on 14/11/2021; and
- The application of Mr. Zohair Ali Rashid Alduaij to renew his registration as an auditor in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/02/2023.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Zohair Ali Rashid Alduaij is hereby renewed in the register of auditors at the CMA for three years, renewable, starting from 14/11/2024.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette.
