CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Amar Finance & Leasing Company

Based on Resolution No. (62) of 2024 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Amar Finance & Leasing Company to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 14/05/2024, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.

The CMA announces that a license is issued to Amar Finance & Leasing Company for the activity of Collective Investment Scheme Manager on 27/08/2024, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
