CMA LAW: Resolution No. (97) of 2024 Regarding the Delisting of the Shares of Al Massaleh Real Estate Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and
- Based on Resolution No. (173) of 2023 Regarding the Suspension of Trading of Al Massaleh Real Estate Company Shares Listed in Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange issued on 10/12/2023; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (24) of 2024 held on 31/07/2024 Regarding the Delisting of the Shares of Al Massaleh Real Estate Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange.
The Following Was Resolved:
Article (1)
The delisting of the shares of Al Massaleh Real Estate Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange is hereby enforced pursuant to Item (7) and Item (8) of Article (2-4-1) of Module Twelve (Listing Rules) of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and their amendments due to the Company’s failure to fulfill the requirements mentioned in Resolution No. (173) of 2023 issued on 10/12/2023 within the specified period, which ended on 31/03/2024.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force as of 04/08/2024, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
