CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Electronic Registration of Suppliers/Contractors for Procurement with the CMA

The Capital Markets Authority pursues to improve its operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness, as it is keen to developing the work environment and transitioning to electronic execution of tasks, in line with the CMA's policy and its adoption of a digital transformation strategy in its operations.

Thus, the CMA announces the launch of the electronic supplier registration system, where companies wishing to deal with the CMA for the purpose of providing their procurement requirements can submit a request to register as an approved supplier with the CMA through the supplier registration system available on the financial portal of the CMA’s website at www.cma.gov.kw.  Applicants should  ensure  attaching the documents required for electronic registration according to the form included in the registration system.
