CMA LAW: Resolution No. (72) of 2024 Regarding the Delisting of the Shares of Gulf Petroleum Investment Company (K.S.C.P) from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange

Having Perused: 
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto; and 
- Based on Resolution No. (171) of 2023 Regarding the Cancellation of Listing of Gulf Petroleum Investment Company Shares from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange issued on 03/12/2023; and
- Based on CMA Board of Commissioners Resolution passed in its meeting No. (18) of 2024 held on 05/06/2024 Regarding the Delisting of the Shares of Gulf Petroleum Investment Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange.

The Following Was Resolved: 
Article (1)
The delisting of the shares of Gulf Petroleum Investment Company from Boursa Kuwait Securities Exchange is hereby enforced pursuant to Resolution No. (171) of 2023 issued on 03/12/2023 due to the Company’s failure to fulfill the requirements mentioned within the specified period, which ended on 31/03/2024.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
