The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report with the Capital Market Prosecution on 03/04/2024 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Article (63) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and amendments thereto, criminalized by Article (126) of the same Law. The defendant practiced the activities of an Investment Advisor and Asset Valuator without obtaining the necessary licenses from the CMA.
