Announcement of Commencing Registration of Arbitrators and Experts

After the successful electronic registration of arbitrators and experts during February 2024, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is pleased to announce commencing the electronic registration system for arbitrators and experts throughout the year. Therefore, those interested in registration and already meet the required conditions shall enter the (Legal Portal) section in CMA’s official website www.cma.gov.kw, complete the form and attach the required documents. A response will be sent via e-mail.
