CMA LAW: Resolution No. (12) of 2024 Regarding Renewing the Registration of Osoul Company for Legitimated Consultancy and Training in the Register of the External Sharia Auditing Offices

Having Perused: 

- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and

- The registration certificate of the external sharia auditing office of Osoul Company for Legitimated Consultancy No. (SA/2021/0009) issued on 08/02/2021; and

- The application of Osoul Company for Legitimated Consultancy and Training to renew its registration as an external sharia auditing office in the concerned register at the CMA; and

- Based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/02/2023.

The Following Was Resolved

Article (1)
The registration of Osoul Company for Legitimated Consultancy and Training is hereby renewed in the External Sharia Auditing Offices Register at the CMA for three renewable years, starting from 08/02/2024.

Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
