Title: Resolution No. (121) of 2023 Regarding Renewal of the Registration of Mr. Nayer Awadh Ali Nazar in the Register of Auditors

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The registration certificate of the auditor Mr. Nayer Awadh Ali Nazar No. (EA/2020/0049) issued on 26/08/2020; and
- The application of Mr. Nayer Awadh Ali Nazar to renew his registration as an auditor in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/02/2023.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of the auditor Mr. Nayer Awadh Ali Nazar is hereby renewed in the register of auditors at the CMA for three years, renewable, starting from 25/08/2023.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
