Title: Resolution No. (96) of 2023 Regarding Renewal of the Securities Activities License of Kuwait Finance House

Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The securities activities license certificate of Kuwait Finance House No. (AP/2020/0004) issued on 14/09/2020; and
- The application submitted by Kuwait Finance House to renew the securities activities license at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/02/2023.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The securities activities license of Kuwait Finance House at the CMA is hereby renewed for practicing the activity of Investment Advisor.
The license is valid for three renewable years as of 14/09/2023.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
