Title: Resolution No. (92) of 2023 Regarding Renewing the Registration of Dar Al-Reqabah for Islamic Consultations in the Register of the External Sharia Auditing Offices
Having Perused:
- Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments; and
- The registration certificate of the external sharia auditing office of Dar Al-Reqabah for Islamic Consultations No. (SA/2017/0003) issued on 20/06/2017; and
- The application of Dar Al-Reqabah for Islamic Consultations to renew its registration as an external sharia auditing office in the concerned register at the CMA; and
- Based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the approval authorizations of the Supervision Sector’s procedures issued on 12/02/2023.
The Following Was Resolved
Article (1)
The registration of Dar Al-Reqabah for Islamic Consultations is hereby renewed in the External Sharia Auditing Offices Register at the CMA for three renewable years, after paying the prescribed fees, starting from 19/06/2023.
Article (2)
The concerned bodies shall execute this Resolution, each within its jurisdiction. This Resolution shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
