CMA LAW: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Markets Prosecution on 28/3/2016 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in paragraph (2/a) of Article (122) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments. A number of traders have coordinated among themselves to conduct transactions in the Main Market, which increased the price and urged others to purchase the share of Bayan Investment Company.
