CMA LAW: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Markets Prosecution on 28/3/2016 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in paragraph (2/b) of Article (122) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments. A trader has conducted deals in the Main Market, which reduced the share price of Al Dar National Real Estate Company (ADNC) in order to urge others to sell.
