CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Issuance of a Disciplinary Board Resolution

The Capital Markets Authority announces the issuance of a Disciplinary Board Resolution on Thursday 10/7/2014 under violation No. (55/2013) Disciplinary Board.
Filed against:
1-Anwar Mohammed Al-Shoail. 2- Jaafer Shareef Maseer Jandeel. 3- Esam Ibrahim Abu Khamsin. 4- Ahmed Rajab Khodhair Saleh. 5- Ahmed Mohammed Ali Hassan. 6- Zainab Ibrahim Rida Abdulhadi. 7- Nawal Haji Abdullah Hussain. 8- Laila Abdulhadi Abdulnabi Al-Khayat. 9- Kholoud Hassan Mohammed Al-Herz. 10- Nora Salem Sulaiman Al-Romi.
The Board Resolved the Following:
First: Suspending defendants from the first to the ninth from trading; direct or in direct purchasing and/or selling, whether for their own account or for the account of others for six months, and ordering to cancel the deals related to the violation which are made from 16/1/2013 until 7/2/2013 if possible, according to the period, conditions, and controls set forth by the Authority without harming the rights of parties acting in good faith.
Second: Suspending the tenth defendant from practicing brokerage for three months.
