CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Issuance of a Disciplinary Board Resolution
Date Publish 06 November 2014

The Capital Markets Authority announces the issuance of a Disciplinary Board Resolution on Thursday 6/11/2014 under violation No. (21/2014) Disciplinary Board.

 

 

Filed against: Al Dar Asset Management Company (ADAM).

 

 

The Board Resolved the Following:

 

First: Alerting the defendant company for abstaining from sending periodical reports of the portfolio contents.

 

Second: Retaining the violation related to the complaint against the defendant regarding not tending to the interest of the complainant and mismanaging its funds.

 

Third: Notifying the concerned parties with this Resolution.
