CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for Al Ruwayeh & Partners Financial and Administrative Consulting Company

Based on Resolution No. (54) of 2026 Regarding the License Application Submitted by Al Ruwayeh & Partners Financial and Administrative Consulting Company to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 04/05/2026, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.

The CMA announces that a license is issued to Al Ruwayeh & Partners Financial and Administrative Consulting Company for the activity of Investment Advisor on 12/07/2026, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
