CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Filing a Report with the Prosecutor General Regarding the Occurrence of Crime

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing (4) reports with the Prosecutor General on 02/04/2026 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in Item (2) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, and amendments thereto. The defendant (a Company formerly licensed by the CMA) until the date of submitting these Reports did not implement final resolutions issued by the Disciplinary Board to pay the fine prescribed in the following Resolutions:
- No. (64/2025 Disciplinary Board – 8/2024 Complaint).
- No. (65/2024 Disciplinary Board – 11/2024 Complaint).
- No. (66/2024 Disciplinary Board – 12/2024 Complaint).
- No. (67/2024 Disciplinary Board – 13/2024 Complaint).
Despite the fact that they were properly and legally served the notice of the Resolution on 11/2/2026.
