CMA LAW: The Capital Markets Authority Announces Filing a Report with the Prosecutor General Regarding the Occurrence of Crime

The Capital Markets Authority announces filing a report with the Prosecutor General on 12/3/2026 regarding the occurrence of the crime stipulated in the provision of paragraph (a) of Item No. (2) of Article (122) of Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority, and amendments thereto. The defendant, during the period from 9/12/2025 to 22/12/2025, executed several purchase transactions in relatively small quantities on the shares of (EQUIPMENT) with the aim of increasing momentum on the share and increasing the price of the security, and then executed selling transactions on the new price, which enabled him to achieve financial gains from the illegal trades.
