CMA LAW: Announcement Regarding Cancellation of the License of Hathina for Early Education Contractual Company and the Contractual Collective Investment Scheme Related to the Company.

Based on Resolution No. (175) of 2025 Regarding Cancellation of the License and Liquidation of Hathina for Early Education Scheme issued on 25/9/2025, and in completion of the liquidation works by the liquidator, and in implementation of Article 3 of the aforementioned Resolution, which cancels the registration of Hathina for Early Education Scheme from the Collective Investment Scheme register at CMA, after the completion of the liquidation works.

The CMA announces the removal of Hathina for Early Education Contractual Company and the Contractual Collective Investment Scheme related to the company from the collective investment schemes register at CMA as of 02/02/2026.
